Description
Cocoamide imparts viscosity, detergency, and foam stabilization to liquid formulations such as detergents, shampoos, liquid soaps, and bubble baths. It is used in shampoos as a thickener and foam stabilizer. Another product containing this formulation is liquid detergent, where it leaves hair and skin soft.

Applications:
Personal care applications: Hair shampoo, medicated shampoo (against mites, lice, fleas, and scabies), baby shampoo, hypoallergenic shampoo, bubble bath, body wash, liquid hand soap, facial cleansers, and eye makeup remover.
Home care applications: All-purpose cleaner, liquid detergent for delicate fabrics, liquid dish soap, and carpet and upholstery shampoo.
Car care applications: Car body shampoo and upholstery shampoo.
Industrial applications: As a foaming agent in agrochemicals, as a gasifying foaming agent in the oil and gas industry, and in industrial cleaning products.
